How many people can I have in my team?

Teams are made up of any number of riders over 4. You are more than welcome to enter as an individual or as a smaller group but you won’t be entered into the overall team competition.

When do I need to arrive on the event?

You need to arrive at Denbies Wine Estate between 08:30 – 09:00 on Thursday 7th June.

Are there any age restrictions to participating?

This event is only open to people over the age of 18 as of Thursday 7th June.

Safety and Emergency

The event is fully covered by medics and has been subjected to a thorough risk assessment.

What if the event is cancelled - when and how will we be informed?

If the event is cancelled, for whatever reason, you will be contacted by email as soon as possible. Depending on when the decision is made to cancel, you will be sent a second email two days before the event date. If the event is cancelled less than 10 days before the scheduled first day (due to weather or any other factor beyond our control), you will also be emailed. You will receive a full refund of your ticket price - less any payment transaction fee (which is kept by a third party).

Is it a competitive event?

Competition and racing underpins The Climb, however the racing is designed to ensure a level playing field and closely matched riders. A range of hospitality options mean riders who are knocked out early will still have plenty to enjoy.
